  1. Cruciferous vegetables & dark greens: kale, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, mustard greens
  2. Omega-3 Fatty Acids: salmon (wild), red snapper
  3. Red & Yellow fruits and vegetables – tomatoes, carrots, strawberries, kiwi
  4. Green Tea
  5. Watermelon
  6. Almonds, Walnuts, Brazil Nuts
  7. Turmeric
  8. Cocoa
  9. Coconut Oil

All these foods will focus on decreasing inflammation and also increasing the body’s ability to detoxify from the free radical damage caused by the sun.
